Questions carriers ask.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 14 days with everything included. Add a card only when you decide to subscribe.
How are trucks counted?
By the active trucks in Fleet. When you add or retire a truck, an owner updates the billed count on the Billing page and Stripe prorates the difference.
Do drivers pay anything?
No. The driver app is part of your subscription.
Does AI make decisions for me?
No. It reads documents and proposes. People approve loads, invoices and pay, and every amount is calculated by code from the data on file.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you can download all your company data.
Is my data private?
Each company has its own private workspace, documents are stored privately, and mailbox access is read-only. See the Privacy Policy.

Carrier business data should not depend on UI-only restrictions.
